Rixos Premium Emerald Shores

Saudi Arabia is filled with exciting hotel projects, from megaprojects in the Red Sea to the
transformation of heritage sites. Rixos announced that it will be making its debut in the Kingdom.
The hospitality brand will be opening Rixos Obhur Jeddah, and it will be located on Obhur Bay
on the Red Sea.

Rixos Premium Emerald Shores is a luxurious experience gate opening to the mystic Saudi
Arabian culture. The project is on 270.000 sqm land, located at the red sea coastal city of KAEC
(King Abdullah Economic City), an hour drive to Jeddah.

It is designed with the Rixos luxury and Hijazi architecture touches. The resort includes 540 Hotel
rooms and 36 Villas in different sizes. There is a special Themed Water Park for 1200 guests for
unique fun and excitement. The hotel has 9 different restaurants and 5 lounges, subject to
variety of cuisines with Rixos high-end quality.

The facility has 2000 sqm SPA, indoor/outdoor fitness areas and 2000sqm Ballroom function
within the services.
